I work with individuals 13+ who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, broken relationships, and seasons of spiritual struggle. I have a special focus on working with athletes and individuals in the pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum seasons—supporting those managing both outward demands and inner struggles .
Many of the people I serve come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the weight of their circumstances, disconnected from their sense of self, or stuck in a cycle of 'just getting through the day.' You may be seeking counseling because life has shifted in unexpected ways—whether through a sudden loss, a slow erosion of confidence, or the realization that your past is impacting your present in ways you can no longer ignore. In the midst of these shifts, I provide a collaborative space to process the transition. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, recovering from loss or trauma, redefining identity after sport, or simply longing for stability and wholeness, therapy is a space where your experiences are honored and gently refined into clarity, strength, and growth.
Approach/Treatment
Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process. Your experiences, needs, and goals shape the direction of our work together. I tailor treatment to what feels most urgent and meaningful in your life, while remaining attentive to the patterns beneath the surface.
Through our work, my hope is that you gain clarity around core issues, create space for emotions that may have been pushed aside, and develop practical tools to navigate adversity with greater confidence and resilience.
